CSAP Members Only Site Tutorial |
| 3. Each time you login, the Members' Site Home Folder Page should appear on your screen. |
|
This Page contains click buttons for the CSAP Membership Lists and
Member Database, as shown in the top half view below. ("Exit,"
"Help," "Top," and "List of Users" buttons are also available on this page.)
The page also has a list of all sub-folders and documents available from it,
contained in two tables, which contain a short description of each
sub-folder and document. These tables appear in the bottom
half view of the page, shown further below. Clicking the name of
a document will bring up a screen showing the document, from
which it can be read, printed, and/or downloaded.
When you click a sub-folder name, you will see a page for that sub-folder, with lists of the sub-folders and files available from it (if any). These sub-folder pages look very much like the Home Folder Page, but lack the extra buttons for the CSAP membership lists and database, and the "List of Users" button near the bottom of the page, which lists all members who have registered to use the site. They also have a "Close" button instead of an "Exit" button. |

In the view below, the cursor is set to click a folder named "CP_Issues"; on that sub-folder page there is a list of all issues of the California Parliamentarian that have been made available for archiving on this site; any one may be viewed, printed, and or down-loaded from that sub-folder page. |

For examples of what you would see if you clicked the folder name "CP_Issues" or the file name "CSAP_FactSheet_2005.pdf" on this page, click the appropriate name link below. To return to this page, simply close the window that appears. (Note: Only "public" information appears in the examples.) |
