In the past twelve months, the California State Association of Parliamentarians has lost several good friends. These friends have taken their final adjournment to the place where the rules are always suspended because there is always pure order. Each has been referred to a committee that has but one other member - the creator.
We wish them a serene recess. We shall miss them in our daily agenda and will always remember them fondly.
